About
Most people believe they want to be healthy, but I believe what we really want is to be FREE. Welcome to exploring what Food and Health Freedom taste and feel like!
I love highly nutritious food made beautiful, delicious and fun. I love teaching health conscious individuals how to make their diet work for them.
I focus on Seasonal, Organic, Unrefined and Local (SOUL) plant based meals that delight the inner child and the Highest Wise Self. Combining an eclectic array of flavors and textures, fusing Latin, Asian, Italian and Mediterranean principles.
I love helping people understand that we are what we eat, and we are HOW we eat, which helps our bodies become deeply receptive to the key nutrients we so need.
Every recipe or suggestion I make about food, is guided by purpose and co-created vision with my clients and students.
Every dish I create is a work of artistic self expression, inspired by the intention it is meant for and the elements available to create and play with.
It is my desire that all who participate in my food experiences will feel fully nourished in body, heart, mind and soul.

I love the WOW expression from my clients and students when they experience flavors they never experienced before, coming from nutritious foods playfully combined.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer a complimentary 30 min call to first time students, to evaluate their goals and desires and to discuss how I can be of support to achieve said goals.
