I have been cooking for over 40 years, and have done all phases of the hospitality industry. I have owned and operated 8 of my own restaurants as well as having a caterering/ service business. Currenty I work at Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco, and in Half Moon Bay. I love food and am passionate about cooking. Love American Standards using high quality fresh organic local products.
I love figuring out and then creating fabulous food using quality, fresh organic ingredients and adding my unique take to the recipe. I also am an expert at creating and serving any size event as well as full beverage service and bartender.

I interview the student to find out what their skill level is. Then find out what skills they are interested in learning as well as what they would like yo learn to cook. Then I assess what skills they will need to prepare the type of menu we create. Together we choose the recipes for our meal and walk through the process from start to finish, anwsering any questions the student might have. Once we agree on our menu we arrange the day and time for our class
