Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We typically work with athletes for a minimum of 8 weeks.
We also have 12, 16, and 24 week programs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISSA Certified with over 15 years experience. We trained and coach High School, College and NFL athletes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is based on two factors:
-The athletes experience level
-The length of training
How did you get started teaching?
I'm a former athlete and I've seen how poor training can impact an athlete's career. I decided 15 years ago to get involved training my own children, they became very successful (Nationally ranked Tennis, College Track and D1 Pac 12 Football player).
I continued and have been blessed to work with some of the top athletes in the world.
What types of students have you worked with?
I only work with committed athletes/students. If an athlete is not committed they are wasting time.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently had a football athlete come to us for training. When he started he was very raw. After completing the 24 week program he went on to secure a position on varsity as a freshman.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your homework. Call the coach and ask them questions. We invite athletes to visit our training sessions before signing up.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
-what specific improvements should i expect
-how long will it take to see improvement
-will i have homework (training at home) assignments
