I play professional football in the CFL (Canadian Football League) & have been playing professionally for 5 years now since graduating at playing for the University of Illinois (Divion 1, FBS Big 10).
I've been playing since I was 6 years old, for over two decades and football and training is my life. I love spreading knowledge and have worked and learned from the best trainers in the football world.
