About
Bailey Hall is an alumni of Long Beach School of Yoga where she trained under the instruction of Ram Bhakt RYT 500. Before she fell in love with yoga, Bailey grew up training to be a professional dancer, and completed her Associate's Degree of Fine Arts in Dance at Allan Hancock College. With her knowledge of western anatomy, body awareness, and movement theory, Bailey incorporates dance technique into her yoga classes for increased attention to safety and flexibility training. Combined with emphasis on Asthanga yoga and meditation philosophy, her history with dance ensures a balanced, safe, and holistic approach to wellness. Aside from teaching yoga, Bailey is also a sustainable lifestyle consultant. Relying on her personal experience in navigating a vegan, waste-conscious lifestyle, Bailey helps others find what works for them in a simple, sustainable way. From accompanied trips to the grocery store to Skype consultations, Bailey will help you find the path to a simpler life that’s focused on whole health and wellness.
