Denise is a great Tutor! She’s very understanding. When you are confuse on problems, she goes through it with you thoroughly, so you can understand it better. And, even provides alternative ways on how you can solve it in a much easier way.

During the COVID-19 pandemic quarantine, I had the amazing opportunity to take some dance classes online. This experience allowed me to continue honing my dance skills safely in my home. The instructor, MJ Nelson, was incredibly patient and thorough, making sure that there were no questions/confusion before advancing to the next dance steps/moves. MJ even went the extra mile by sending me (after class) a video of himself dancing the steps that I was struggling with during class. I highly recommend MJ Nelson for any dance instruction. He is very skilled, patient, encouraging, always positive, and just downright fun!

Indy was my mentor for SAT prep. I went to public high school, was not very good at studying at the time, and was weakest in my math abilities. In the several months Indy worked with me during my senior year, Indy was patient with me, and -- most importantly -- taught smart. I feel I gained more confidence in math during my time with him than in at least two years of high school combined. My SAT scores turned out much better than expected, and I was accepted to attend Fairfield University in 2010 (my first-choice school). Much credit is due to Indy for that accomplishment. He was not just patient and smart, but he also eliminated my tension regarding the whole process. I would almost consider Indy more of a guru than just an SAT tutor, even though no yoga mats or meditation were involved in the tutoring. I recommend Indy as a teacher, tutor, or mentor in the highest degree possible, and hope you'll have the firsthand experience of understanding why.
