Perhaps what I most appreciate about Carissa is that she’s not only been a good math tutor, but she gets along amazingly with my 15-year-old-grandson. He can be in a negative space when I pick him up from school, and he clearly perks up when he and Carissa are working together – I hear them laugh together often. There doesn’t seem to be any ‘superiority’ in the relationship although it’s clear that she’s won the respect of my grandson. Other things I also appreciate: she’s been highly reliable; she’s made every effort to accommodate and flex to meet our needs relative to schedules; she’s researched and recommended helpful resources; she’s been responsive when I’ve sent her messages; she’s been good about leeting us know if there a reason she needs to miss a session – and she always tries to make it up; she’s been willing to communicate with my grandson’s math teacher at school; and I should not fail to mention that I think her rates are quite reasonable. Carissa is able to be an effective tutor without standing on formality, and that not the impression I got from other math tutors I initially considered. I truly ENJOY seeing her every week, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Malena is patient, encouraging, flexible, generous, and an inspiration. She is everything you could ever ask for in a piano teacher. Every time I come across a lesson, song, or technique that feels frustrating or confusing, she finds an innovative way to tackle it or explain it. I took lessons when I was a kid and wanted to get back into piano for 14 years, but I found it extremely difficult to find anyone who offered lessons outside of the standard 9-5 work week for a reasonable rate. Not only does Malena offer flexible times for lessons, but her rates are totally feasible, and she's even more flexible now with the option of video lessons. I've grown as a piano player by leaps and bounds in the last year alone, and have had wonderfully positive experiences with our showcase recitals (even with my immense stage fright). I adore Malena and can't recommend her enough.

ASVAB Tutor Jeff is AWESOME!!! My son struggled with the math portion of the ASVAB test and had no faith in himself. Jeff gave him the confidence and the necessary tools to finally pass. He worked around our schedule and was always available when needed. I truly believe that this would not have happened if he was not seeing Jeff. My son enjoyed every minute he was with Jeff. He is truly a wonderful, kind and kid friendly gentleman.. In my opinion THE BEST!!! Thank you again for all that you have done for my son.

Coach Adam's is above excellent teacher in the game of skilled positions. My grandson is 12 years old and even in 40 degree wheather was excited and motivated. To learn the when, what, why while training skills like footwork and positions is making him knowledgeable so he can succeed in what he wants to be good in. But also dominate! My suggestion for other parents and guardians. Give Coach Adam's the time to make your youth excellent
