Building a foundation in Tai Chi, Learning the basics. Like anything else in life you pursue, you must have a strong foundation to stand. Anyone who would be interested in learning and Tracking their journey through a 100 day cultivation.
The practice of Tai Chi also helps us to live life with intension and a sense of purpose. Becoming mindfully aware of our actions allows us to slow down our decision making to ensure that we are thoughtful and contemplative. Tai Chi reconnects us to an inner knowing or inner wisdom that is outside of analytical thinking.
Mindful self-awareness make us more aware of our bodies and improve our health and approach to living.
