I'm Paul, I have trained clients in school, after school, at many cooperate gyms, and now privately.
I hold a nationally recognized certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). My specialties are keeping people motivated throughout their personal fitness-related goals.
I can help with the following: weight management, proper nutrition, postural deviations, trimming/toning bodies for your ideal look, increasing muscular strength/size and distance running.
I've not only been a personal trainer for several years, but I have also been a distance runner, collegiate athlete, coach and now physique competitor. I have learned as an athlete and have taught hundreds of athletes, as well.
Here is how it works: We start off with a meet & greet.
We'll have coffee and chat. Then, we'll have a first workout, where I'll walk you through what I do.
Then, we talk again and decide where to go from there.
