While my teaching is not necessarily exclusive to kettlebells, we will use these highly versatile pieces of equipment frequently in our training, along with many others. I will help you identify and correct postural imbalances, improve overall flexibility, strength, motor patterns and much more. Training with me will mix cardio with weight lifting and give you a fast paced workout with awesome results.
I also teach nutrition and will work with you to develop the right plan for you, which will also be based on individual needs. I do not sell any supplements, instead I recommend high quality whole foods of specific types to get you on track and keep you there.
