We believe in keeping you healthy and beautiful inside and out. Lots of self care and self love practices lessons in personal training with Rasheeta.
I love helping woman learn about their body and building it the ways they want. Women learn self care and how strong they actually are mentally and physically. I enjoy teaching women life long practices so they create healthy habits with fitness, food, and love.
