Hi my name is Renzo, I’m a personal trainer and health coach. I’ve been training and getting people incredible results for the past 5 years. I’ve worked with people with all kinds of goals and people in different fitness levels. Over time I’ve created a Lifestyle Program that is designed to help you change your habits and buil new ones that will get you to your goals. The programs I’ve created are customized to each client.
I’m and NCSF certified personal trainer and I’ve also worked with the Equinox Academy. I have years of experience in the health and fitness industry and have seen all aspects of it. My goal with my clients is besides getting them the results they want, to also build a functional body free of injuries.

When I first meet with a client the first step is to go over a wellness evaluation. This is where we go over your goals and lifestyle in order to customized your meal plan. After that if the we’re meeting in person we’ll go over a fitness screening, this will help me customize a workout plan right for you.

I got started after helping my self and my family. I started training friends and my business grew based on referrals.

I love going to personal development seminars. And my favorite so far is a Tony Robbins UPW event.
Make sure you find someone who really knows what they’re doing and can explain to you why they’re prescribing you that specific training program. Also make sure you’re not just training to sculpt your body but also to strengthen it in the right areas that will help you have a more functional body.
