About this pro

Wholystic Living offers 1:1 and group holistic healing, soul-coaching, and private residential yoga instruction to transform dis-ease into ease, clarity, and vitality. The instructor, Jess, founded Wholystic Living on the belief that true health and transformation is an individual and holistic journey. Because of this, it is her joy to work so intimately with those who are ready and willing to make the shift from suffering and confused to clear and peaceful.

I INjoy being a catalyst for the lightening and softening of those who desire better for themselves, and take action. There are no words to describe the joy that comes from directly empowering and witnessing someones growth into their most authentic self.

I was given a level of attention and receptiveness in a one on one class that was exceedingly advancing to my practice. She highlighted many points that required adjustment, while allowing for plenty space to go through my own mental and emotional process. I found myself doing poses I had been for years not right, and through the adjustments, deepened the quality of my asanas. She also had a unique approach to yoga that was refreshingly new to me, she introduced tai chi and qi gong into the practice, and allowed for a really deep space to relax into, and to feel comfortable in my own still ness. I highly recommend her, her talents go far beyond the title of yoga teacher
