Personal Running Coach
About
Being a former athlete myself, I understand the mental and physical strain which comes with achieving goals. I listen to the warning signs the body shows when it has reached its limit. I build lasting relationships with those I train on and off the field. Ihave coached running since leaving college in 2003. I have coached on the high school and collegiate level. My trainings are customized to each individual athlete to help them achieve their personal goals. There is always an open door policy to discuss the positives and negatives of training.
I love helping people achieve goals. The joy of that moment can not be described. I also enjoy helping athletes reach for things they never thought possible. So much of the training we go through is mental, and its not an easy thing to conquer. Seeing athletes push that mental wall down to achieve their own personal success is a priceless feeling.
