Familia Baseball Softball Academy has been around Since 2011. As a player I have travel ball experience since I was 6 years old. Varsity High player. College and Scout ball player for the White Sox. I've had a great coaches in the past from Fernando Valenzuela being one of them. I'm here to share my knowledge and experience with the youth today.

I offer specific exercise training based on the sport, a nutrition/diet plan, massage therapy, a recovery routine, and 24/7 availablilty for questions. Being a former D1 AA two sport athlete, under armour all-american U18, summer coach at Division 1 camps (like Duke, UNC, UMD) and going to school for sports science, nutrition and education... I have seen what an elite level of competition is and how to train (physically and mentally) in order to keep up/maintain that. I enjoy helping athletes reach their peak performance and encouraging them to be great.

Former college infielder for D2 top 25 nationally ranked Cal State University Monterey Bay. 8+ years coaching and personal training experience specializing in all things defense; ranging from basic fundamentals, footwork, to Pro Level detailed training tailored to clients goals and desired skill level. I believe this is exactly what a young baseball/softball go getter needs to elevate their game and really standout in front of college scouts, travel ball coaches or little league. 1 lesson and you'll be hungry for more.
