Lani is great at teaching how to manage the mental game as well as teaching hitting drills that are effective. She is very patient and also communicates very well about what needs to be worked on. Currently my daughter's batting has greatly improved!

Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

He's good with instruction. Challenging and changes workouts and plans each week, building from the week before. He's extremely knowledgable on baseball and technique. Great with groups of kids or single lessons. Love working with him.
