Familia Baseball Softball Academy has been around Since 2011. As a player I have travel ball experience since I was 6 years old. Varsity High player. College and Scout ball player for the White Sox. I've had a great coaches in the past from Fernando Valenzuela being one of them. I'm here to share my knowledge and experience with the youth today.

I offer specific exercise training based on the sport, a nutrition/diet plan, massage therapy, a recovery routine, and 24/7 availablilty for questions. Being a former D1 AA two sport athlete, under armour all-american U18, summer coach at Division 1 camps (like Duke, UNC, UMD) and going to school for sports science, nutrition and education... I have seen what an elite level of competition is and how to train (physically and mentally) in order to keep up/maintain that. I enjoy helping athletes reach their peak performance and encouraging them to be great.

It’s not about making money or looking good, it’s about showing our youth a different road and developing them into our future. I bring a certain type of passion and knowledge to my training. Making players better seeing their accomplishments
