I offer specific exercise training based on the sport, a nutrition/diet plan, massage therapy, a recovery routine, and 24/7 availablilty for questions. Being a former D1 AA two sport athlete, under armour all-american U18, summer coach at Division 1 camps (like Duke, UNC, UMD) and going to school for sports science, nutrition and education... I have seen what an elite level of competition is and how to train (physically and mentally) in order to keep up/maintain that. I enjoy helping athletes reach their peak performance and encouraging them to be great.

Hello, my name is Aaron Brooks. I’m a college baseball coach at California Miramar University. I played my collegiate baseball there as well from 2017-2022. I’ve played semi-pro baseball for the Santa Fe Fuego & Vallejo Seaweed. I provide 1 on 1 instruction for position players. I focus more on catchers but have knowledge and experience at every position.

We will warm up, strech, core training, balance and strength. Work on footwork drills. Quickness and explosive drills. Train with the Vertimax and Raptor. I have been training athletes for 10+ years. I was a high school standout in football and baseball. Played college football at Northern Michigan university were i was a,2 time all conference Defensive back.
