Good music lessons are about helping students PERFORM any piece of music they want. GREAT music lessons are about helping students DISCOVER more music to achieve a wider musical vocabulary. I teach Piano, Guitar, and Violin. I have taughts students at Yale and Brown University. I focus on getting to performing pieces as quickly as possible, using drills and music theory. I love music myself, and I love seeing students improve in their music skills! Everything about this work is rewarding!...

Teaching is connected to my happiness. Playing the violin is my absolute passion and to be able to share my wealth in all I've been able to accomplish is the icing on the cake. So many of my past students have gone on to be in symphonies and chamber music groups all over Los Angeles county. With so many fun and exacting exercises that we do each lesson, seeing it come to fruition is beautiful. It's not militarized teaching, it's actually enjoying the pricess
