What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The program is designed to provide athletes with accurately verified combine measurables that college football coaches are looking for

How did you get started teaching?
Oh word to the boys and girls club the YMCA for years and all the kids that I coach want to play football so we started training them and we've been very successful in terms of getting kids into the next level

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice and I will give any student is that you must love the game and be able to put in the hard work that should be your goal at ejective.

This is how I started training all students.
3 week speed development program
Day 1
1 mile
Skills 7 minute
Lineman 10 minutes
- 800x 3. Two minute rest
- 400 x 2
- Warm down walk a 800
Day2
- 1 mile
- 800 x 1
- 330 x 5
- 200 x 3 forms running
Day 3
- Mile run
- 400 x 6 work on form
