The advice and I will give any student is that you must love the game and be able to put in the hard work that should be your goal at ejective.

This is how I started training all students.

3 week speed development program 

Day 1

1 mile 

Skills 7 minute 

Lineman 10 minutes 

  1. 800x 3.   Two minute rest 
  2. 400 x 2 
  3. Warm down walk a 800

Day2

  1. 1 mile 
  2. 800 x 1
  3. 330 x 5
  4. 200 x 3 forms running 

Day 3

  1. Mile run 
  2. 400 x 6 work on form
