Lifelong baseball and softball fan, coach, player and umpire. I can give you a unique perspective from all of these roles including managing tee ball five-year-olds, little league, all the way up to men’s softball tournament baseball. I've played both infield and outfield in high school as well as starter pitching.

I think my unique and most favorable Attribute is that I am able to explain and demonstrate techniques and tips, until it becomes a skill - where I have noticed that other coaches are lacking in the ability to either demonstrate or explain why little nuances are so important. And this has been proven as my teams have always been in the top ratings, and my players have gone on to play high school ball.
