About
I have been teaching & practicing for over 20 years. My yoga has taken me to India four times, Greece, and South America. I am devoted & passionate about the study & teaching of yoga. Both the philosophy & life style of this ancient practice has held my attention & interests for over two decades.
I enjoy the connection between body, mind & soul on a deep level. Sharing this to help others along this path & journey of life. Giving tools to ease life's sometimes challenging times.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will start from the basics and move from this point. Covering from the ground up, feet to head. Then working with the general catagories of asanas. Standing poses first to build strength & endurance. Continuing on from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done over seven extensive teacher trainings spending well beyond $ 15,000 on my continuing education. This started in Santa Barbara at the White Lotus, Santa Monica with Erich Schiffmann, Yoga Works with Maty Ezera, David Swanson Ashtanga, Yoga Works in Mission Viejo, Carolyn Belko in Encinitas and completing and becoming an Iyengar Certified Instructor in 2019. Adding numerous workshops along the way. I have studies and been blessed to have been with some of the best teachers of my days here and abroad.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $85 for 90 minutes. I can work with my rates if 5 or more sessions are set.
How did you get started teaching?
I started because I needed something more in my life over 20 years ago. My life has be been the same and it has beff egg n the best journey I could have ever planned.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children, teens, young adults, adults and seniors. Most public classes have mixed demographic. My training allows for this diversity.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I went to Bali for my birthday. We had our sons come the first week and then our friends the second, fantastic!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have experience, they know how to handle different health issues and are not right out of their first teacher training. My first teacher told me,"you will not be a teacher until you have been teaching at let's 10 year!" I understand this now!
