When I got clean and sober at the age of 20 I was sick and tired of looking and feeling the way I did. After years of destroying my body I was ready for a change. Part of that change was beginning to exercise. It wasnt easy at first but I stuck with it. Fortunately I had help and guidence of fitness professionals along the way. This led me to falling in love with teacing health, fitness, and overall wellness to other.
