We offer fun and informative classes with lots of interaction. You will learn skills to help save a life in an emergency situation. The adult CPR mannequins are the latest AHA and ARC standards with lights to show that you are performing the proper depth compressions. You will receive free handouts on CPR/First Aid, Emergency Supplies and what to do in an Earthquake. I enjoy helping people learn skills to help others by doing good in the neighborhood....

My teaching style is direct and easily put into action. I have been a certified CPR first aid practioner for over 15 years and I have been instructing for the last two years.
