I have experience in training as the athlete and as the coach. That being said I understand that patience is required when teaching. I currently coach high school football and track. In the past I have taught classes of at least 10 of boxing, jiu jitsu, and Muay Thai.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I break down what exactly they will be learning, then work with them on each step until they're comfortable and fluent enough to move on to the next.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I coach high school football and track. I have also trained students in Boxing and MMA.

I'm just starting out soo I'm offering a free hour session like a trial and then we can discuss pricing after.
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching high school about 6 years ago and I love teaching someone new things. I just wanna help people learn.
