About
My style of teaching is project based learning. I find the best way to learn is to dive in and make mistakes, lots of mistakes. I teach you the fundamentals of sewing from beginning to intermediate using project based learning as well as demos and some lecture. We build a portfolio together so you can have a resource binder to refer to as you navigate your journey through sewing.
I absolutely love everything sewing related even hand sewing lol. I get great satisfaction from helping new students discover their love of sewing as well. I’ve been sewing for 29 years and have never tired of it. I can’t wait to show you how fun sewing can be.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first lesson booked will be a general assessment of skills and a planning session on what the students goals and objectives are. Each student is different so every plan will be tailored to each individual
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons start at $50 a lesson with a minimum two month commitment. Prices may change based on location and wether the student has their own machine and supplies.
