What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Usually I start with a brief survey and short, free consultation to determine if it's a good fit between us.
After that we determine the level of coaching needed and the duration of the program to fit your needs. We offer group and individual, online and/or local programs.
It can be all online and by phone, in-person, or a combination.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 30 years experience with certifications and degrees in nutrition, personal training, and long distance running.
