Mind Body Connection Pilates
About
I customize each workout to the client's needs. Every client is unique. I work with atletes, dancers, entreprenuers, grandmothers, mothers, students, lawyers, chefs and children, people with hip and knee replacements, etc. Pilates, Gyrotonic and Yamuna Body Rolling techniques are a humane way of working out. These techniques work the body without stressing it out. When you finish your workout you leave relaxed and renewed.
I started doing a Pilates, Gyrotonic and Yamuna Body Rolling 25 years ago because I wanted to grow older gracefully. I wanted to be a full functioning person as I got older. Now I am working with people who have the same goals as me. My clients are of all ages and they want to safely use their bodies in anything that they do. I work with atletes, dancers, entreprenuers, grandmothers, mothers, students, lawyers, chefs and children, etc. They all have the desire to maintain their bodies as long as they can.

I work with many people of different ages and goals. I work with chefs, entreprenuers, mothers, grandmothers, fitness trainers, hairdressers, estheticians, hip and knee replacement clients, computer workers, dancers, athletes and children.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This year one of my clients was a party and was trying to listen to friend and leaned over at the edge of her chair. She slipped out the edge of her chair and went into a squat and popped up to a standing position. Her friends were in shock because most of her friends her age would have fallen and gotten injured. Because of her core strength and strong legs she was able to recover to a standing position without any problem. She is 76 years old.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The student should know what they want to accomplish.
