What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to find out what the students goals are and come up with a plan that meets their needs. Is yoga for relaxation, or for weight lose. Is it going to be more meditative or more heat like ... strength building and work on balance or focus. Maybe work on Self confidence and higher self esteem, or just relaxation. Tell me what your dealing with and I can help. Back pain I've got you ! Stress I hear you and I have solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YogaWorks Certification 200 hr and 500 hr. RADT Certificate emergency and first aid. I have years of teaching experience. I've been practicing yoga for over fifteen years. Recently certified as a Rieki practitioner.
I teach at a number of facilities around the area. I have OVER 10 years of experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The private rate is flexable. Yoga and Reiki usually around $300 a hour - I have over ten years of experience and proven results
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching at Curl Fitness a five star VIP membership base. They demand and expect excellence. I’m so grateful to teach there and other places now too. Such as subbing at yoga studios and teaching yoga for recovery. Now I do Rieki energy work too.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with beginners to all levels of pretty athletic individuals with health a wellness goals. Southern California is a healthy place to live. Weight loss toning to meditation and relaxation. Balance stability as well as flexibility is what we all want. The “type” of students I’ve had have been amazing. Loving caring supportive individuals that I consider friends.
