I've been practicing yoga for over a decade, and I started taking Lisa's classes two years ago. She's extremely kind, humble, knowledgeable, and she has a good sense of humor. Her soothing voice gently guides me through the yoga poses, relaxing my body and mind. Her classes are a perfect combination of stretching, flow, and strengthening. My personal favorite is the neck stretch; not a lot of instructors do that. By the end of the class, my stress and body ache melts away, and I feel renewed and relaxed Lisa knows her students well and pays attention to their individual challenges and developments. With her guidance, I did crow pose that I never thought I'd be able to do. Of course, there isn't any pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right to you. I recommend Lisa's classes for everybody, regardless of age, gender, or experience. She's wonderful!
