First let me say I generally speaking do not send reviews. This is sadly due to the fact that few reach a quality level worthy of the time it takes. My yoga training with Lisa is an exception. Far from just being a job with Lisa it’s a passion. She combines superb training skills with a keen eye to improve what you need most. I have never felt better as my balance and flexibility have improved dramatically. Other I know who have trained in a group classes say the same. She is also a superbly fine individual that encompasses the very spirit of yoga’s origination. Give yoga with Lisa a try you will not be disappointed.
