About

Love uplifting and encouraging people in general, so combining that with actually helping them elevate their game is most rewarding. I am a former professional baseball player reaching as high as Triple-A however, it took a long road to get where I am. I started at the lowest level not having much experience or resources to help me get better but along the way, I have collected priceless experience, information, and methods to guarantee success. My heritage is of the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico which consistently produces the best players in the world. I love having the opportunity to share this culture through baseball.

    Frequently asked questions

Evaluate where the athlete stands: athletically, mechanically, mentally, mobility, and power ability. From there we will target specifically what they need to work on. Most athletes don't know how to use their legs, hips, how to rotate the trunk properly, what a healthy arm path looks like etc. These things must be learned in order to ensure a long healthy career.

-Reached as high as Triple-A baseball

-4 years of Division 1 baseball

-4 years private coaching experience with gains seen in every athlete I've had to the pleasure to work with.

-Taught by a Florida Baseball ARMory S.A.V.A.G.E. Certified coach

-2018 No. 2 closing pitcher in the country

Mostly work out of a state-of-the-art facility however still try to keep my prices as affordable as possible at $120/hr for 1-1. Or $100/hr for outdoor sessions. Also do group sessions which are popular for $60 ea. I am flexible and willing to work with families as I struggled growing up and know how challenging things can be.
Growing up playing a team sport I've always had a passion for getting the guys better around me and sharing what I've learned that has worked for me. So coaching was a natural path for me as I still have the same drive if not more to work as a team with my clients to achieve tangible goals.
In the short time I have been coaching professionally I've begun to turn around the perspective on pitching and arm strength in my area. I've had a few guys commit to D1 universities also a some MLB draft picks.
Be sure your instructor knows how to bring the best out of you. You should also be looking for a one-stop shop where everything you need to be a complete baseball player for example staying healthy, able to compete/dominate at your level, making sure you are practicing the right exercises and mechanics to stay healthy and throw hard. Training the mental strength and focus which is a major part of the game. All of this we offer at Elevar Sport.
