Silanoe Martial Arts

Silanoe Martial Arts provides excellent martial arts instruction to everyone from beginner to advance from kids to adults. We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Dutch Kickboxing, and Self-Defense. Our studio is clean and our parking is ample. We are located in San Gabriel, CA on Las Tunas Drive. We serve the surrounding areas of Alhambra, San Marino, Temple City, Monterey Park, Arcadia, Pasadena, Rosemead, El Monte and East LA as well. We are proud of our diverse student body. Some of their goals are to get in shape, learn how to defend themselves while others enter competitions.

I, Professor Gino Silanoe, have been teaching Martial Arts for about 20 years. I started with martial arts when I was only 8 years old. I have a degree in International Law but decided to pursue my passion, a career in martial arts.

I attained a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world championship title under the SJJIF. I also took the gold medal at the Dutch Championships under the ADCC. I am also a European champion Taekwondo under the ITF. Next to, a licensed teacher of Japanese Self-Defense Jiu-Jitsu under the Dutch Olympic Committee (IOC). I have been involved in training & competing in these areas. Including training in Dutch Kickboxing/Muay Thai. Some of my students hold national and even world championship titles.
