About
Particular focus on joint prep, injury-prevention, muscle-balance, mobility
Many believe that their injuries are permanent - very often, this is not true. Damage from both tramatic stress (broken bones, torn soft tissue) and repetitive-stress injury (RSI) can be - and needs to be - brought into balance along with strengthening to prevent reaggravation or even possibly causing new injury.
It's great to see someone actually feel that shift in both body and consciousness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initial detailing of goals to assess working relationship (phone); initial screening (in person); setting availabilities and getting started (can be done at the time of screening, as-appropriate)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Initially certified by NASM in 1998, I've worked periodically as a personal trainer, but have also worked as a yoga instructor (teacher training completed in 2001), a masseur, and in nutrition (personal chef).
