We offer group and private lessons for kundalini yoga and meditation, pranic healing, skin therapy facial and message, and TRE healing from trauma. We are certified practitioners with over 15 years teaching experience each. We have a beautiful studio space we call the “Oaisis” which takes you out of your life, and begins your transformative healing experience from the moment you step on the property and into the studio space. We have space capacity for up to 25.

Teaching students how to connect the mind/body and balance their nerveous systems. When this happens we are in the flow of our own life and steering the ship instead of paddling, upstream in a river of mud!

Christina's teachings are sometimes calming, invigorating, introspective, and relatable. She connects the improvement of ourselves with the betterment of the world as a whole. Christina's practice is varied, so there's something for everyone. And she pays attention to the form of her students with gentle, audible corrections, which avoid calling anyone out in particular. Her classes are challenging, and her practice is always growing. Any new student or experienced yogi will both be challenged and lifted by Christina's class. She's great!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

For a group class, I explain the basics at the beginning of class and ask if anyone has a particular physical concern I should be aware of. Through the class, I give modifications based on the student's needs and what I notice the student may be struggling with. For a private lesson, I have a survey and we have a 30-minute phone consultation to discuss what the student's needs and intentions are for the private classes.

KRI certified Yoga Teacher; Level 2 Training; TRE Certified; licensed esthetician; CDE credentialed teachers
