Each new student is given a personal interview so that we may better understand and serve their needs and wants when it comes to training. They are then given a private tour of our facility. After that they may select the type of program which best suits their needs and finally they are set up with a group and class schedule and of course their own uniform.

Sensei Payne has 11 years experience in the martial arts

I started my personal experience teaching because I absolutely loved the feeling and excitement of going to classes and learning new things, working out, meeting new people and consistently improving upon myself that I wanted to share those same emotions with as many people as possible.

We have worked with students of all ages from 3-50's. All backgrounds from no experience to all branches of military including MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program) as well as marine martial arts instructors, government officials, law enforcement, previous black belts from other disciplines, and students with varying conditions like ADD, ADHD, austism, asthma and many more.

The most important things to consider is WHY are you doing this? What is your desired goal or outcome. Many people start something with great intentions and then fall off because their goal takes more work than they first thought, or because the familiararity of laziness is more comfortable than the excitement of acheivement.
