We use a 3 front approach to attacking and completing your goals: excercise, diet and mental perspective. One cannot ultimately reach all their goals and definitely not in the most efficient manner by only addressing 1 or 2 of the 3 as they feed into and perpetuate each other. The inability to handle stress with have your workouts less effective, your diet out of wack and make chasing your goals a frustrating uphill process with loads of setbacks. The mental allows you to turn the corner for the other 2 and never look back. When you can attack from all three points you actually save money because it's the fastest way to get to your goals without REBOUNDING Cycles. through my own battles fighting both mental and physical health I possess a level of empathy and patience that is extremely beneficial to my clients.
