Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

I hired Greg to do a personal in-home cooking class session for my two adult daughters: they made pho and spring rolls. Greg was very communicative via email before the class, and a pleasure to work with on class day. He is personable and knowledgeable, and we all learned new things!

Lani is great at teaching how to manage the mental game as well as teaching hitting drills that are effective. She is very patient and also communicates very well about what needs to be worked on. LOVED AMBER! For the first time in my life, I was challenged, but never uncomfortable. She was patient with me, compassionate and very understanding with my health needs (I had a previous spondylolysis at L5, so I had a lot of pain and stiffness). Amber was fair and no nonsense, yet had a mature and kind demeanor. She was never, ever condescending or arrogant towards me, or made me feel inadequate for who I was, or what I looked like. She put me on a nutrition plan that was compatible with my lifestyle and was easy to follow. She checked in with me via text, was immensely encouraging to me, and even helped my daughter with her workout needs in addition to mine. Amber was organized and very orderly, and we never had the same workout/exercise routine. She increased my strength, confidence, and health. I will forever be grateful to her.
