I like several things about working with Kent. First, his knowledge about and experience with photography is far beyond what I know and beyond the experience of other teachers I've had. Anyone can hang a shingle and call themselves teachers but Kent is the real deal. Second, Kent gives honest and direct critiques that have improved my eye for what makes a good shot and I get results. Like any serious student, you have to work your passion to get results including listening to what those with much more skill tell you. Also, Kent spends time with me for a variety of shoots, including going on outings for a few hours to all-day excursions.
