First step is an assessment to go over your goals.This enables me to be sure I’m aware of where we are beginning and make a plan to achieve those goals in the most efficient and safe way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Pharmacy Technician, Certified Exercise Therapy Specialist, Certified Nutritional Specialist, Certified Yoga Instrucctor, and Certified in Strength and conditioning. Certified Master Elite Trainer with business location and insurance.

Fitness changed my life immensely and decided to go back to school to give back what I received.
