About this pro

I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I have picked up on teaching Hatha and restorative yoga as well. I'm also working towards getting my yoga sculpt certificate by the end of May. Ive been teaching at a couple of studios in the South Bay for about 6 months now. I really like to focus on proper alignment and body awareness. It is important to me that my students understand how their muscles are suppose to feel within each posture. I teach classes for all levels and believe in modifying to my students needs. I am also a huge advocate for using essential oils while teaching my classes. I believe they help deepens your focus as you are practicing.

I enjoy sharing my love and knowledge for yoga and essential oils. They are both wonderful ways to connect to your whole body, mind, and spirit. I love what I do because i am able to connect with others, help release stress, physically activate their body, and stimulate their minds. Teaching yoga, health, and mindfulness in order to cultivate happiness.

I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher and I am working on my certificate as a holistic nutrition coach.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I have a flat fee per class/ class packages. Prices change depending on how many people I will be teaching and the distance of where I am traveling. One session is $75 and each class package is $60 per 5 classes. Group packages are to be discussed.

How did you get started teaching?

I found a deep love for my personal practice and decided I wanted to dig in even deeper so I took the teacher training program. Once I finished the program I realized that all I want to do for the rest of my life is share yoga with the world and help others find the peace of mind that yoga helped me find.

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with a bunch of different students ranging from athletic, non athletic, elderly, children, flexible, non flexible, women, and men. So I've learned a lot about different body types and bio individuality.
