Yoga With Nadchielly
About
I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I have picked up on teaching Hatha and restorative yoga as well. I'm also working towards getting my yoga sculpt certificate by the end of May. Ive been teaching at a couple of studios in the South Bay for about 6 months now. I really like to focus on proper alignment and body awareness. It is important to me that my students understand how their muscles are suppose to feel within each posture. I teach classes for all levels and believe in modifying to my students needs. I am also a huge advocate for using essential oils while teaching my classes. I believe they help deepens your focus as you are practicing.
I enjoy sharing my love and knowledge for yoga and essential oils. They are both wonderful ways to connect to your whole body, mind, and spirit. I love what I do because i am able to connect with others, help release stress, physically activate their body, and stimulate their minds. Teaching yoga, health, and mindfulness in order to cultivate happiness.
