Hi my name is David Moore and I have been a personal trainer for 10 years. I enjoy encouraging people when they are accomplishing there goals and I help with getting back on track. I am a certified personal trainer, massage therapist, and martial arts trainer. I like to engage my students with a variety of exercises that will make reaching your goals a fun challenge.
