Each client will receive a free fitness consultation, so I can create a personalized exercise/nutrition program to help achieve their wellness goal!
I have enjoyed being a MindNBody Fit Coach and I specialize in weight loss, nutrition, body toning/shaping pilates and yoga meditation! I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and nutrition plan will have your body feeling great and will h help you build resilience from within!
Vanessa is knowledgeable, professional, and upbeat. Her energy is genuine and contagious. She has customized a routine for me that addresses my multiple orthopedic issues and weaknesses. My muscles- which had almost shut down due to injuries and surgeries-are getting stronger, and the continuous daily pain is diminishing.
