I work with all ages. From 6 years old, all the way up to the collegiate ranks.
My lesson plans & practices are specific to every athlete I work with. No one person is the same and a simialr logic applies to athletes. I have a nuanced approach to player development that focuses on enhancing weak areas and maximizing player strengths. I have 20+ years of playing experience with 7 years of coaching experience in levels ranging from 8u to D2 NCAA. I have seen every level of baseball and have a great deal of knowledge for the game and player development.
What I enjoy most about player developement is seeing the athletes progression. It's a fun experience and the athletes interest/curiousity grows with the developement of their skills. The goal of my training is to give the athlete the skills they need to have fun & enjoy the game.
Other than that, I'm just a huge fan of the game. It's been in my life for as long as I can remember its remianed a deep passion of mine til' this day.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start all of my athletes with an assessment of their skills so we can spot what the strengths and weaknesses are. After that, I put together a concentrated practice plans that focus on strengthening weaknesses and expanding player strengths.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've played at the highest levels of the game for most of my life. Ive coached or played with some of the biggest baseball figures in he west coast and have huge base of resources to share with athletes.

How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching in college during an offseason I was injured. I found myslef loving the process of teaching from a coaching perspective and it ended up making me a better player towards the end of my career. I've been coaching and training ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
Ive worked with all ages at every level. from tee ballers all the way up to colelgiate players. No matter if their just trying to build skills to have a more enjoyable experience or trying to preparing for the college/professional ranks. My lesson plans are specific to the athletes goals.
