What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will figure out the goals, limitations and abilities of the client and go from there. Using barre techniques and other training techniques to achieve the desired goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Trainer, Barre Certified, Pilates Certified, Nutrition and Group training certification as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
I have always been active and fell in love with exercise and teaching - began with teaching snowboarding, then boot camps and absolutely became obsessed with barre once I discovered the amazing results.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages, sizes and shapes. I have worked with clients with varying injuries and limitations (even with broken bones) - whatever the limitation we will figure out a way.
