My resume includes College Baseball & Professional Baseball (Brewers & Mariners.
I achieved All American status while playing for The University of La Verne. In Professional Baseball I won the George M. Trautman/ Minor League Player of the Year award. As a coach, I teach infield, outfield and hitting. Depending upon the age of the athlete, I will delve into the mental part of the game which we can do a Zoom meeting or in person.
Achivements as a coach include being voted Baseball America’s National Championship Team in 2007. Long Beach Wilson High School was the #1 High School in the nation.
in 2021, I was fortunate enough to be coaching at La Habra HS where we won the CIF and State Championships.

I enjoy seeing the athlete improve. Not only the physical progress but also learning "how" to play the game properly.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Evaluate the players abilities and teach accordingly.
Ask them about their experiences in the game and what they have learned over the course of their playing days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played at Cerritos College under Wally Kincaid.
I played at Cal State Fullerton under Augie Garrido and finished my college career at University of La Verne.
I played professionally for 4 years until an injury ended my career.
I won the George M. Trautman Minor League Player of the Year award.

How did you get started teaching?
I was asked to coach at Long Beach Wilson in 2006. I was the hitting infield/outfield coach.
