    Frequently asked questions

*IMPORTANT: this is a high-level, comprehensive training program, and before I give you a quote I need to know more about the player, abilities goals, and so forth.  If you're pricing things out, I'm not your guy.

*Right now, I want to get game-ready for Spring ball.

*Finding out and LISTEN to what the player wants to accomplish out of our sessions and what level the player is currently at.

*What his ultimate goals as a player, what his goals as a young man as well as his future goals.

*Not every player is a D-1 or professional bound player. Sometimes players and parents are disappointed to hear things they don't want to hear.

*Assessing his current abilities and building a platform of work that will get him to a realistic level of performance that the player desires.

Current NFL game scout.  Nearly 30 years years of varsity high school, JUCO, Division 1 collegiate, and a private coach. Have coached every position on the field except for kickers.

Authored a book on how to install the midline option offense with the zone scheme and technique.

Have been Offensive and Defensive Coordinator. Specialty is O-line and Qb's. Coached dozens of D1 O-lineman, multiple D-1 quarterbacks, linebackers, defensive lineman, receivers, tight ends, running backs.

My best trait as a coach is the ability to relate to the player as an individual and with my knowledge of the sport at every position, I can help the player develop into a better player using their brain to make the body a better player.

There are multiple levels of training.  Sessions start at $60 and go up to $250 per field & film session and player website program.  Please reach out for more details.

I learned from the greatest football coach I have ever known - my Father, a long-time winning hall of fame coach, NFL player, and scout.

Elite youth players, high school, college and professional

I have a lot of great memories, helping get my players invited to the NFL draft and seeing them achieve their dream.

But my best one event was an H.S. offensive line group who had no varsity experience game before, all underclassmen, all of them under 200lbs in CIF Div. 1. We played a team that had a front seven of four division one players - We ran the ball at will, owned the line of scrimmage, and beat them by two touchdowns.  The look on those boys' faces after the game of pride, achievement, crying with happiness, and them knowing that they can succeed against anything and anyone, will last in me for as long as I live.

*Be honest about what your expectations are as a player. Football is not for everyone.

*Love the sport. Winning becomes easier when you love to PRACTICE. Everyone loves the game, not everyone loves to practice. That's what will make you different and better.

*REALLY listen to what a prospective private coach tells you when selling himself.  No coach is an EXPERT and that is the truth. If he or she tells you that...they are wrong!

*NEVER let a coach guarantee to you a final outcome.  Guarentee's only come in effort and commitment. The only guarantee I give is that I will help you get better.

*The coach should ask you more questions than you should at first.

*Once you feel good about your coach, TRUST HIM!

....oh, and Longsnapping is the best position on the field!  Ill tell you why when you hire me.

*Can I be honest with myself as a player?

*My current level of ability? Be honest. It's okay to be a beginner and it's okay to lack certain skills.

*What do i want from this?

*Can I commit to the sport outside of the classroom and the team practice field?

*Do I want the sport to make me a better person?
