Meditation is simply one of those things that makes everything better! So I've always included some type of meditation and yoga when I coach people. I can offer those separately from coaching to support people that just have a need for relaxation, well being, deepening their intuition as well as maximizing Higher mental processes.
I love that it increases consciousness. Because with consciousness, people start to care more and there's less apathy and more connection to others and to what matters to them personally as well as the larger world and how they really want to make a difference. It's a natural development that comes out of the peace of mind they develop
