After my own battle with an autoimmune disease, living unhealthy and depressed I was able to find my way to the optimal version of me. As we age that best version of ourselves can seem more complicated to achieve. It is my favorite thing to help people realise that they can be stronger, more able, leaner, and healthier than they could of thought possible. Celebrating the small victories on the way to the big ones.

Laura is an excellent trainer - in that in the years that we have worked together I don't remember ever having to do the same exercise twice. She is a wonderful coach in that her expertise expands beyond the gym and has helped me sort out a lot of my emotional issues as well. Would highly recommend her as a caring and hard-working trainer.
Laura has a personal approach to training and your workouts are customized to help you meet your goals. Her focus on form to ensure I don’t injure myself and correcting when necessary is appreciated. I love her attention to detail and note taking during our workouts. She’s extremely motivating and pushes you just the right amount to get the job done.
