About
Many student athletes throw baseballs and don’t have any idea what they are doing it or how they are doing it. College coaches and scouts watch every single throw especially if they are looking to invest money into their program/organization. As a baseball player it is important to create strong physical and mental plans of being successful before even stepping on the field. Having a plan and building your plan with incentives (goals) builds an automatic mindset of success since you have already worked through it. It is important to have a throwing arm care program, arm strength and sequence’s to go over so that you’re prepared to be successful.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each player will go through a arm evaluation and start with learning the proper arm care/arm strength necessities. Next we will go into strength and ability as a pitcher Then we will go into the lesson on what starts with flatgrounds, long toss, touch n feel, and bullpens. Each player will have the opportunity to workout after.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arm care/Arm strength, weight training , plyometrics, mobility and pitching mechanics.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Each individual varies on their performance level, age and what their capabilities are. We like to flex the price for our athletes according to their availbility.
How did you get started teaching?
i was a pitcher in college and wanted to give back to the players to teach them about things I would have done different, how arm care is vital today and really loving a life that I enjoy every day coaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with players from age 10-55
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Rickey a tyler Thomas is a player I coach that is playing in the minor leagues after being drafted this early summer.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that whoever you go to is more focused on you as a individual as opposed to what they can get out of you. Velocity doesn't mean anything if you can't throw strikes.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The biggiest part of being a successful coach is the communication between him and his player.
