I have been practicing yoga for almost 15 years and have a deep awareness of the interconnection of mind / body / spirit (ie psysiology, energy, chakras, emotions and biology). I have a successful practice as a Psychotherapist (MFT) with specialties in the areas of Trauma and Relationships as well as Spiritual life coach and NLP practitioner.
Encorporating yoga and body healing is the next big step in my endeavor to unravel the secrets to whole body (holistic) healing.
I have a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology (aka Spiritual - ie meditation, mindfulness, concepts of Eastern Religion and energy).

A focus on how to take your yogic practice into your daily life. Using the practices of mindfulness and connecting to your body in a way to understand your deeper self so the yogic body practices of balance, stretching, opening and breathing become a part of all that you do, on and off the matt!
