During the pandemic I was suffering a lot because the world as I knew it was being pulled from underneath me, and I could not control it. I had a clearly laid out trajectory of my professional life. I was a scientist and was planning on building my own laboratory. This focus on my career goals was so intense for me that it came at the expense of relationships with family and friends. To put my obsession with work into perspective, on a typical week I worked 50-80 hours.

But, during the pandemic I realized that the certainty of life is uncertainty. I couldn't control what was going on, nor could I hold the illusion of control I created around my career plans. In the midst of this painful realization, riddled with anxiety and fear, I had a spiritual awakening. 

The experience itself is impossible to put into words. I realized the nature of my Being. And, that led to a radical change in the relationship I had with work. It led to a career change from being a scientist to being a life coach and meditation instructor.

I now wish to help others find their right lives. One that is connected to the present moment, and to their essential nature of happiness and joy. 

When the student is ready, the teacher appears.
